Registrations received after 2 May 2012 will be processed as onsite registrations. Please note that there will be a fee increase after the deadline 2 February 2012. |

Please return the completed registration form as soon as possible in order to benefit from the lower registration fees by postal mail or fax to:

*Applicants must be under 35 years of age and a copy of passport or other government-issued ID must be forwarded along with the registration.
** Developing Countries: A limited number of developing countries registrations are available. To be eligible, you must reside in one of the following countries, as classified by the World Bank.
*** Students aged less than 35 years who are studying for a degree including first degrees, PhD or MD but who have not yet obtained their degree. They must supply a letter from their supervisor or laboratory head to support their application for this reduced fee.

showInvited delegates of sponsoring companies
Scientists sponsored by companies will receive their invitation and a registration voucher directly from the sponsoring company. We kindly ask to return the registration voucher to the congress office. Sponsoring companies inviting delegates from developing countries shall register their delegates for the full registration fee for members or non-members. The use of the congress fee for developing countries can not be booked by industry companies.
showOn-Site-Registration
Participants who wish to register on-site are advised to arrive very early. On-site registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates. Depending on the number of on-site registered delegates, availability of congress bags may be limited.
showConfirmation
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please present this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress material.

Their consent provided, delegates will be given the possibility to have their name, institution, city and country listed in the list of participants published on the internet. Upon request a direct link to the homepage of the participant or his?/?her institution can be installed.
showPayment
When registering for the CINP Congress 2012 please arrange payment of registration fee and any other cost related to the supporting programme. All payments must be made in EUR. We recommend credit card payment. All bank collection fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant. Credit card (AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA)

A full refund (minus an administrative charge of EUR 100) will be given for cancellations received until 31 January 2012. After 31 January 2012, no refunds will be given.
