Final Programme and Abstracts
The final programme and abstracts will be published here prior to the congress. This enables each participant to create his / her personal congress programme schedule. CO CONGRESS ONLINE® offers an extensive congress service. Participants will receive a copy of the final programme with the congress material.
Congress Language
The official language of the CINP Congress is English.
Technical Exhibition
The CINP Congress will be accompanied by a major technical exhibition. Potential exhibitors can request an exhibition / sponsoring brochure from the exhibition office, CPO HANSER SERVICE GmbH.

Climate
Sweden has a continental climate. during summer months temperatures vary from 20 – 25 °C (68 – 77 °F) or warmer.
Letter of Invitation
The congress organisation will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to registered delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. letters of invitation may be requested from the congress office not later than 15 May 2012. The letters will be sent by e-mail or upon request by postal mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at his / her own expense. Please email cinp2012@cpo-hanser.de for your official letter of invitation.
Visa
All travellers will need a passport valid for at least 90 days following your departure date from sweden. eU nationals are only required to produce evidence of their national Id card. Visa regulations for sweden vary according to the country of origin. Please address enquiries about entry requirements to your travel agent or local swedish consulate.
Insurance
The congress fee does not include insurance. All participants are advised to arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of origin. The organisers will not be responsible for a loss or damage of personal belongings.
Currency
The swedish currency is the Kronor / Krona or Crown (seK), which is divided into 100 Öre. Banks exchange money during business hours from Monday to Friday. There are numerous ATMs throughout the country, most of which accept Master-Card and Visa.
